Warning: there is another big event taking place in Tartu between April 23-25, and for that reason accommodation for the night of April 24-25 is limited and expensive. Depending on your constraints and busget, you may also consider taking an early bus or train from your place (Tallinn, Riga) to Tartu on April 25.

For those reasons, the organizers encourage you to book accommodation and transportation tickets as soon as possible.
