- University or institute, or other organization which you represent
- E-mail address
- phone number (optional)
- How will the registration fee be paid for you
- Probably your university/institute will pay the fee, but, please, make sure that it is so
- How / when do you plan to arrive to / depart from Tartu
- Do you need accommodation in the Pepleri guesthouse?
- Please specify for which nights, and whether you want a shared room (20 EUR a night, please specify with whom you want to share it) or a single room (30 EUR a night)
- Whether you have dietary restrictions or any other special requests
The registration fee is ~150 EUR, the exact fee will depend on the final cost of the event. The registration fee includes lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, social activities, a workshop room rental. Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation. The breakfast is not included in the registration fee and is not provided by the hostel.If you are a student, talk to your supervisor, make sure they are willing to pay for your attendance.
Note: accommodation in the dormitory is only guaranteed if you register by November 2. Otherwise, you will need to find one on your own (if you come from outside Tartu).
